A. Yes, in the lovely Herefordshire countryside
Q. How long will my product take to arrive
A. We try to send goods out the same working day by Royal Mail 1st class post. Sometimes, we may need an extra day, but any longer than that we will contact you to let you know.
Q. The item is a present for someone - can I ensure that no paperwork is included
A. No problem - just let us know in the message to seller box at the checkout stage and we'll make sure no paperwork is enclosed.
Q. The live preview feature on the page is not exactly what I want, I can change it at all?
A. The live preview is to give you guide as to how your product will look. If you need something completely different (e.g. different layout, or font etc), then just let us know and I am sure we can accomodate it.
Q. I made a mistake on my personalisation, can I correct it.
A. Let us know immediately if you have made a mistake on the personalisation. Preferably as soon as you can. Check capitals, punctuation and spelling as we can only make what we've been told to do.
Q. Can I return an item if I'm not happy with my personalised product.
A. We cannot refund personalised items, so we urge you to check the specification of the product carefully before ordering (e.g. size, weight, colour etc) and also check spelling, capitalisation and punctuation.
